Privacy Policy

Xron TV (Android app, package com.xrontv.app). Effective date: 8 October 2026.

Summary

• We do not collect, store, sell or share any personal data.
• There is no sign-up, no login and no account.
• The app shows no ads and contains no analytics or tracking tools.

Information stored on your phone

Your saved channels ("My Channels") and the last channel you watched are stored only on your own phone so the app can remember them. This information never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

Internet connections the app makes

• Channel list: the app downloads the list of channels from our public GitHub page (github.com/humza-sami/xron-tv). No personal information is sent.
• Live streams and logos: when you play a channel, video is streamed directly from that TV channel's or its provider's servers, and channel logos are loaded from public image hosts. Like any website, these third-party servers can see your IP address and basic device information needed to deliver the video. We do not control and do not receive this information; their own privacy policies apply.

Permissions

The app only uses internet access (to load channels and video) and network state (to know if you're online).

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.

Content

Xron TV plays publicly available live streams. We do not host any video and are not affiliated with any TV channel. If you own a channel and want it removed from the app, email us and we will remove it promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
