Dino Chomp ("the game") is made by XronAI. We care about the privacy of every player, especially children. This policy explains what the game does and does not do with information.

The game does not collect, store, share or sell any personal information. It does not ask for your name, email address, location, photos, contacts or any other personal details.

No internet, no ads, no tracking

• The game works fully offline and does not request internet access.
• The game shows no advertisements.
• The game contains no analytics, tracking or third-party data collection tools.
• The game has no in-app purchases, chat or social features.

Information stored on your device

The game saves your progress (current level, number of dino eggs, unlocked colours and your sound/music/vibration settings) only on your own device. This information never leaves your device and is deleted if you uninstall the game.

Permissions

The game only uses the vibration permission, to give short vibrations during play. Vibration can be switched off in the game's settings.

Children

The game is suitable for children. Because we do not collect any personal information from anyone, we do not collect personal information from children. This is in line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the GDPR.

Changes to this policy

If the game ever changes in a way that affects your privacy (for example, if ads are added), we will update this policy and the "Last updated" date above before that version is released.
